Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy

At Z18, we aim to make your jewellery experience transparent and fair. Please review our policy below:

Returns & Refunds

• We offer a 100% refund on eligible jewellery returned within 7 days from the delivery date.
• The jewellery must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original condition, along with all tags and packaging intact.
• Refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment.
• Silver jewellery is not eligible for returns or refunds.

 

Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are available in-store only for Z18 jewellery.
• Gold Jewellery can be exchanged at the prevailing rate on the day of the exchange. 
• For Diamond Jewellery, 0% deduction if exchanged for another Z18 piece and
  30% deduction if opting for cash buyback (based on valuation at the time of buyback).
• Exchanges are applicable only for jewellery purchased from Z18.
• Silver Jewellery isn't available for exchange.
  

 

Buyback Policy

• Buyback is available only for gold and diamond jewellery purchased from Z18.
• Gold buyback will be processed at the current gold rate on the date of buyback.
• Diamond buyback will follow the exchange policy mentioned above.
• Silver jewellery is not included in the buyback program.
