At Z18, we believe jewellery shopping should feel simple and transparent. Here’s how our return, refund, and exchange process works:

Return & Refund Policy

• We offer a 100% refund for unused products returned within 7 days of delivery.
• Please ensure the jewellery is in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
• Silver pieces are not eligible for return or refund.

Exchange Policy

• In-store exchange only: Z18 pieces can be exchanged at our stores.
• Gold jewellery can be exchanged at the prevailing gold rate.
• Diamond jewellery:
  • 30% less if opting for cash buyback.
  • 0% deduction if opting for exchange.
  • Exchanges are applicable only for Z18 pieces.
  • Silver pieces are not eligible for exchange or buyback.

Buyback Policy

• We offer a buyback option only for gold and diamond jewellery purchased from Z18.
• Gold buyback will be at the current gold rate.
• Diamond buyback will follow the policy mentioned above (30% less for cash, 0% for exchange).
• Silver jewellery is excluded from the buyback program.
