Z18 is a fine jewellery brand that designs bold and minimal pieces in 18k/14k gold and 925 silver. We believe jewellery should be worn every day, not locked away — pieces that fit coffee runs, boardrooms, and celebrations alike.

2. What type of jewellery do you sell?

We create jewellery in 18k/14k gold and 925 silver, with options featuring certified diamonds. Our pieces are crafted to be modern, versatile, and built for daily wear.

3. How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are shipped within 7–14 business days, depending on stock availability.

4. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

No, we currently do not offer COD. Payments can be made securely online.

5. What is your return policy?

We offer a 7-day return policy on unused gold and diamond products. Refunds are made 100% if the product is in its original condition. Please note: silver jewellery is not eligible for return.

6. How do I request a refund?

Simply reach out to our customer support team within 7 days of delivery. Once the product is verified, your refund will be processed.

7. Can I exchange my jewellery?

Yes, Z18 gold and diamond pieces can be exchanged against other Z18 products. Silver pieces are not eligible for exchange.

8. What is your buyback policy?

  • Gold jewellery: buyback at the current gold rate.
  • Diamond jewellery: 30% less if opting for cash, 0% deduction if exchanged for another piece.
  • Silver jewellery: no buyback option available.

9. Can I get my jewellery customized?

Currently, Z18 does not offer custom designs, but we create versatile pieces meant to complement every personal style.

10. Do you offer EMI or installment options?

Yes, flexible EMI options are available at checkout.
